ajo999 Platform Agreement

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" refers to the ajo999 website located at https://ajo999.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and API-connected applications.
• "Member" / "User" / "Player" refers to any individual who has completed the ajo999 registration process and holds an active account in good standing.
• "Account" refers to the unique member profile created upon successful registration, associated with a single verified identity.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" refers to the running total of funds held within a Member's ajo999 account, comprising real-money deposits, bonus credit (where applicable), and net winnings.
• "Wager" / "Bet" refers to any financial stake placed by a Member on a game, sports event, or other betting market offered by ajo999.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded to a Member subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified at the time of issuance.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and document verification process required before withdrawal processing above the minimum threshold.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" refers to the suite of voluntary account controls available to Members, including deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "Prohibited Territories" refers to jurisdictions from which ajo999 does not accept registrations or wagers, as determined by applicable licensing conditions.
• "IDR" / "Rp" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency used on the ajo999 platform for Indonesian Members.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on ajo999, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an account.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
3. You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You must not be a resident of any Prohibited Territory or operating in violation of local laws applicable to your location.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, or agent of ajo999 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless explicit written consent has been granted by ajo999 management.
6. You must not have had a previous ajo999 account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of this Agreement, fraud, or abuse — unless formal reinstatement has been approved in writing by ajo999.
7. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a proxy, nominee, or agent for any third party.

ajo999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility — including but not limited to a national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued identification — at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on ajo999. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identifying information — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of balances pending a full investigation.

During the registration process, Members are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document
• Date of birth confirming age eligibility (21 years or older)
• A valid, active email address to which you have sole access
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Preferred payment method details consistent with those registered in your name

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password. ajo999 will never request your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any suspicious activity or unauthorized account access must be reported to ajo999 support immediately via live chat or the registered email address.

ajo999 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account at its discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4.1 Deposits

ajo999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Indonesian Members: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. ajo999 does not charge a processing fee on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ajo999 accepts no liability.

All deposit payment methods must be registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is in a name other than the registered Member — are strictly prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment method availability. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. For verified accounts, ajo999 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes during operational hours, though actual processing may vary depending on banking system availability.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Members who have not completed KYC verification may be limited to a maximum withdrawal of Rp 500.000 per transaction. To lift withdrawal restrictions, Members must submit:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or passport
• A recent bank statement or e-wallet statement confirming the payment method is registered in the Member's name
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document (where requested)

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ajo999 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). ajo999 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to IDR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and ajo999 accepts no liability for currency conversion losses.

ajo999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, which form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with it.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period from the date of issuance, as specified in the promotion terms. Unused bonus credit or unmet wagering requirements will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to fulfillment of wagering requirements.
• Different game categories may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. Contribution rates are published in full in each promotion's specific terms.
• ajo999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion with reasonable prior notice to affected Members.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

ajo999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Coordinating with other Members to place opposing wagers that guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage or "bonus hunting")
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers
• Deliberately placing low-risk or near-certain wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent
• Providing false registration details to circumvent eligibility restrictions

All wagers placed on ajo999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. Members are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

6.1 Sports Betting

Sportsbook wagers — including pre-match, in-play, mix parlay (accumulator betting across multiple selections), and voor bola (Asian handicap football markets) — are governed by the sporting rules and settlement criteria published on the relevant market page. In the event of a sporting event being postponed, abandoned, or otherwise materially altered, ajo999 will apply its standard void and settlement rules as documented in the sportsbook help section.

6.2 Casino and Live Dealer Games

All casino games — including slots, live dealer baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets — are governed by the individual game rules provided by the respective game studio (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Pocket Games Soft, and Spribe). In cases of technical malfunction during gameplay, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's account balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Wager Limits

Minimum and maximum wager limits vary by game and market and are displayed within each game or market interface prior to placing a bet. ajo999 reserves the right to adjust individual Member betting limits at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected professional betting, arbitrage activity, or consistently unusual wagering patterns.

6.4 Error and Manifest Mistakes

In the event that a price, odds figure, or payout rate is published due to a manifest error — whether caused by a human input error, a data feed failure, or a system malfunction — ajo999 reserves the right to void any wagers placed at the erroneous price and settle them at the correct market price, or void the wager entirely with a full stake refund. Members will be notified of such voids via account notification or email.

Members must use ajo999 services in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using ajo999 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification
• Accessing ajo999 from a Prohibited Territory using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology
• Using automated software, artificial intelligence tools, bots, or scripts to interact with ajo999 games or betting markets
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the ajo999 platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Members, ajo999 employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ajo999 staff members through any communication channel
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of a third party without explicit documented authorization
• Placing wagers using funds that the Member knows or suspects to be proceeds of criminal activity

ajo999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming behaviors among all Members. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we take that risk seriously as an operational and ethical obligation.

ajo999 provides the following Responsible Gaming Tools to all Members, accessible directly from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting activity for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from ajo999 services. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the selected exclusion period.

All content on the ajo999 platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, service marks, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ajo999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ajo999 platform solely for personal recreational betting purposes consistent with these Terms. This license does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any ajo999 content without prior written authorization
• Modifying, adapting, translating, or creating derivative works based on ajo999 content or software
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any ajo999 software component
• Using ajo999 branding, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written consent

Any unauthorized use of ajo999 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ajo999, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ajo999 platform or any service offered therein.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, ajo999 expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to the Member's failure to maintain credential security
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical errors caused by third-party infrastructure, including banking networks, e-wallet providers, or internet service providers
• Any financial loss resulting from a Member's own betting decisions or misunderstanding of game or market rules
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors or banking system downtime
• Any damages arising from reliance on information published on the ajo999 platform that has subsequently been corrected

ajo999's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause whatsoever, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.1 Termination by the Member

Members may request closure of their ajo999 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via the most recently used payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

11.2 Termination by ajo999

ajo999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — where ajo999 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provided false or fraudulent registration or KYC information
• Engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Clause 7
• Used the platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended recreational purpose
• Engaged in or facilitated any form of financial crime

Where an account is terminated by ajo999 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance — including both real-money funds and bonus credit — may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited in full where the breach involves fraud, money laundering, or deliberate circumvention of platform controls. ajo999's decision following such an investigation is final and binding.

ajo999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting Member rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus structures — ajo999 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice to registered Members via the email address on file and through an on-site notification banner.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, and updates to contact information — may be implemented without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect all changes.

Continued use of the ajo999 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement in full. Members who do not agree to the revised Terms must cease using ajo999 services and close their account prior to the amendment's effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ajo999 holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall be construed to, override any mandatory legal protections afforded to Indonesian consumers under applicable Indonesian law.

13.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a Member and ajo999 arising from or in connection with these Terms or any aspect of the Platform's services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct negotiation. Members should contact ajo999 support in the first instance, providing full details of the dispute in writing.

If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 calendar days of the Member's initial written notice, the parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Members waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against ajo999. All disputes must be brought in the Member's individual capacity only.
